Delete your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Step by step in the app
- Open Falline and tap Profile at the bottom.
- Open Settings with ⚙ at the top right.
- Go to “Account and my data”.
- Tap “Delete account and all data”.
- Confirm with “Delete account”.
What is deleted?
- Your account details: display name, username, email address and profile picture.
- All your ski days: tracks, runs, statistics, badges and ranking results.
- Your routes, comments, equipment and photos.
- Your friendships, group memberships and the people you blocked.
- Your emergency contact, settings, notification records and any data exports you made.
If you signed up with Apple, Falline's link in your Apple account is removed too.
When is it deleted?
Data on the server is deleted the moment you confirm. Database backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data leaves the backups within 14 days at the latest.
What stays
Time spent in lift lines joins the wait estimates without any identity; it is not linked to your account, so there is nothing left to delete.
Cannot get into the app?
If you lost your phone or cannot sign in, write to us from the email address on your account; “Please delete my account” is enough. We delete it after confirming it is you.
